May 12, 2006 The University of Texas-Pan American Department of Intercollegiate Athletics will hold the UTPA All-Sports Camp from June 12-16 at the UTPA Fieldhouse and will be run by UTPA administrators, coaches and student-athletes. Campers will be participate in three different activities each day that will include swimming, frisbee golf, basketball, wiffleball, volleyball, track & field, scavenger hunt, kick ball, soccer and a brain bowl. The early session each day will be for children ages six to 10 and will last from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. The afternoon session will last from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and will be for ages 11-16. The morning session of the UTPA All-Sports Camp will cost $75 per camper while the afternoon session will be $100 per camper with all UTPA faculty and staff with a university ID will receive a 10% discount. There will be no lunch at the camp, but concessions will be available. For further information concerning the camp, please call (956) 381-2221.
