July 3, 2006 The University of Texas-Pan American Women's Athletics Fundraisers will be hosting its Fifth-Annual Caribbean Carnival on October 21st, 2006. The event will be at the UTPA Annex, which is located in Edinburg, from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. Tickets are $50 per person and will include hors d'oeuvres, liberations, dancing, contests, casino, silent/blackboard/live auctions, a marimba band performance and much more.
