New Mexico Junior College - Talley won the NJCAA national championship during his sophomore season with the Thunderbirds... led his team in home runs in both his years at NMJC, hitting 13 as a sophomore... hit four home runs in one game during his freshman season... was named first-team All-Conference... finished his sophomore year with 10 triples... knocked in 88 runs for his two-year career.

C.M. Russell High School - Talley played American Legion baseball and was named the Conference Offensive Player of the Year during his senior year... recorded a .454 batting average with seven home runs... was awarded the Golden Stallion MVP Award for his player in the Montana-North Dakota American Legion All-Star Tournament.

Personal - Talley is the son of Jim and Jeanette Talley... was born Sept. 25, 1984... has two brother - Justin and Jason - and one sister - Jessica... majoring in criminal justice/sociology.
