Spring 2008
Gonzalez saw action in all five tournaments during his spring season... finished 3rd on the spring squad... best finish was at the Jack Brown Memorial Tournament where he tied 7th in a three-round tally of 223... tied 34th at the Kauai Cup with a total score of 235... tied 47th with a three-round tally of 236 at the Braveheart Classic... tied 56th at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic with a total score of 217.
High School
Gonzalez was the 2006-07 MVP for Edcouch-Elsa in district 32-4A...made the 32-4A All-District team all four years of his high school career...was a two-time All-Valley first team...in his senior year at Edcouch-Elsa, Gonzalez shot a 68-73 to help capture the 32-4A district title...was part of a team that captured the 32-4A district title three times
