Won five consecutive matches in singles' competition at the number-two position defeating opponents from University of Texas-Arlington, Lamar University, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Oral Roberts, and University of San Francisco... clinched a three-set victory over Rainer Nachbauer of University of San Francisco playing in the number-two position.
