In their last regular season match before heading into the conference tournament, the University of Texas-Pan American men's tennis program (4-12, 3-2 SLC) will head to Beaumont, Texas to face the Lamar Cardinals this Saturday (April 11) at the Cardinals Courts.

Although the men's team hasn't seen much success in regular season play, the Broncs have an impressive 3-2 record in the Southland Conference, putting them in a three-way tie for second along with UTA and UTSA.

UTPA is coming off a 6-1 loss to Laredo Community College. The Broncs are 1-4 in their last five contests with a 4-2 win over TAMUCC.

The Lamar Cardinals are 7-8 overall with a 0-3 record in conference play. The Cardinals are scheduled to face Louisiana-Lafayette this Friday before facing the Broncs on Saturday.

Saturday's match is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. CT.
