Tapia was a four-year letterman for the PSJA North Raiders in track and field...received MVP accolades...recorded his best time of 39.5 in the 300-meter hurdles...in the long jump, recorded his best jump of 21-11...personal best in the 110 hurdles: 14.5...was a member of the National Honor Society...finished Top 10 percent of his class.
