Outdoor - The UTPA junior finished third overall at the Texas Invitational with a mark of 3:58.03 in the 1,500-meter race... crossed the end line in third place in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 4:00.50 at the Border Olympics... finished sixth overall in the 1,500-meter race with a time of 3:59.91 at the Texas Twilight... recorded a time of 1:57.48 in the 800-meter race at the Texas Twilight en route to earning 10th-place laurels... Indoor - Trevino posted his best finish of the indoor season at the UH/RunSport All-Comers Meet where he placed fourth with a time of 4:25.48 in the one-mile race... finished 15th overall in the one-mile race with a mark of 4:26.73 at the Houston Indoor Classic.

2005
Outdoor - Trevino captured his first individual championship in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.39 at the Angela Proctor Classic... earned runner-up honors at the Border Olympics in the 1,500 meters with a time of 3:59.37... was third at the Spira Invitational and Border Olympics in the 800 meters with times of 1:57.83 and 2:00.33, respectively... finished third in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:07.55 at the Angela Proctor Classic... Indoor - The UTPA sophomore placed 10th overall at the Houston Indoor Invitational with a time of 4:29.35 in the mile.

2004
Outdoor - Trevino recorded his best finish at the Angela Proctor Classic where he placed third in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:06.41... had seven top-10 finishes during the season... was fourth in the 1,500 meters at both the Whataburger/UTSA Relays and fifth at the Texas A&M Invitational... finished sixth in the 800 meters with a mark of 1:57.31 at the Bayou Classic... Cross Country - Trevino had his best finish of the season at the Islander Splash where he crossed the end line in 28:01 in the 8,000-meter race... was the second Bronc to finish at the NCAA Division I South Central Regional Tournament in 64th place with a mark of 32:58 in the 10,000-meter race... Classroom - Trevino was cited as a Bronc Pride 3.0 Club member during both semesters... was a Dean's List Second Honors recipient for his academic excellence during the Fall of 2003.

2003
Cross Country - Trevino finished first for the Broncs and 14th overall at the UTSA/Whataburger Invitational, recording a time of 16:48 in the 6,000-meter race... placed 72nd overall at the NCAA Division I South Central Regional Championships hosted by Baylor University with a time of 34:06 in the 10,000-meter race.

High School
A native of Brownsville, TX, Trevino won the regional championships with a time of 1:53.72 in the 800-meter dash... claimed the district title that season with a time of 4:27.01 in the 1600-meter race... placed sixth at the state meet in the 800 meters.

Off the Track
Trevino is the son of Linda Trevino Martinez... has one brother - Fausto - and two sisters - Erica and Veronica... was born on June 4, 1985... majoring in physical education.
