1. You have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly with this program during your career - how can you describe it to somebody for the first time?
JA - During my career, we have gone through many different coaching and administrative changes. Although this adversity seemed a tough and `ugly' one, I believe it has made the program strong and more adequate for our basketball team.
2. Carrying a 10-10 record heading into the last stretch of the season, what has been your impression on the season at this point?
JA - I think that this is definitely the best team that Pan-Am has seen. I think that this season has gone pretty well, and there's no doubt in my mind that at the end of the season, we are going to come out with a winning record.
3. On a scale of 1-10, how much of a difference have you made on the team this season and why?
JA - I would say 10 because I've helped the team that most I possibly could in the areas they asked me to help and needed my help.
4. What are the advantages of being a post player?
JA - You get to be physical in the paint.
5. What advice would you give your freshman teammates about the college experience?
JA - Don't take your studies lightly and never stop playing hard until the end because after Senior Night the real world awaits (and I'm not talking about the MTV Show "The Real World).
6. The Lady Broncs only need four wins to break the record for most victories in a season - what does the team need to do in order to finish the season strong?
JA - I think we need to have a passionate desire to win those games because they are attainable if we execute the game plan our coaching staff has developed.
7. What do you think has been your biggest improvement since your freshman season?
JA - My defense... I used to try to block everyone's shot before.
8. In your eyes, what do you think has been your role on the team this season?
JA - I think my role this year was to be a motivator for my teammates.
9. How would you describe your experiences with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC)?
JA - It's very inspiring because SAAC has shown me that for things to get done someone needs to take the initiative even if it's a group of college athletes trying to get a new weight room.
10. Who has had the greatest impact on your life and why?
JA - My parents because they have been my greatest supporters, and they have never let me quit when school and basketball were not going the way that I wanted them to.

JA - 1998 Neon Sport

JA - Contacts and glasses
3. When was the first time you flew on a plane?
JA - When I was going to Nationals in Tennessee with my AAU team in 2000.

JA - Youth summer recreational coach

JA - Ninja Turtle

JA - Blankman (it was only $5, and we needed something to watch on a road trip.)

JA - Pray

JA - Cosmopolitan
9. What was the last Christmas gift that disappointed you?
JA - Some toothbrush cleaning tablets (it was funny when I opened it though.)

JA - Every time I get to eat.

JA - Waking up for my 7:45 a.m. class

JA - When we got to practice in the Chicago Bulls practice facility my freshman year.
4. The worst road trip I've taken as a Lady Bronc?
JA - When we lost last year against the Longhorns at UT.
5. The best on-court moment of the 2004-05 season?
JA - Every time I got to step onto the court.
6. The worst on-court moment of the 2004-05 season?
JA - Losing every game this year that we should have won.
7. The best class that I've taken at UTPA?
JA - Anatomy and Physiology
8. The worst class that I've taken at UTPA?
JA - Computer class, but I think it was the professor's fault not the class itself.
9. The best advice that I ever received from somebody?
JA - When one of my teammates told me, `Remember in all times that God is molding you into the woman he wants you to be. There's not a good explanation for why things happen or why we're treated the way we are, but let it be enough to know that God had the master plan for every situation.'
10. The worst advice that I ever received from somebody?
JA - When my elementary coach said, `Don't practice your dribbling skills, post players never dribble.'
