The Lady Broncs revisit Cincinnati as they head for Ohio for the UC Fall Invitational this Monday, Sept. 28 at the Elks Run Golf Course.

Last season, the UC Fall Invitational was the Lady Broncs best fall finish with a fifth-place showing in a field of 11. This tournament brings fond memories for the Lady Broncs with the fifth-place finish along with sophomore Majo Camey breaking the program's low-round score with a 69.

"The girls have prepared themselves for this tournament after the A&M tournament was cut short due to the weather conditions. I'm excited to see what they are going to do with the excitement they have," said Director of Men and Women's Golf Ofelia Lopez.

"The girls are comfortable with this course and they enjoy playing on it."

The UC Fall Invitational is a two-day tournament that will consist of 36 holes on the first day and 18 on the last. The tournament field will include 11 teams with programs from Cincinnati, Southern Mississippi, Evansville, Illinois and others.

"Since we didn't really open the season in A&M, I want to see if we can open up again. With their attitudes and the way they've matured, I'm looking for really good things this tournament," added Lopez.
