Buksik enjoyed a standout season in both singles' and doubles' competition as the UTPA junior collected 26 total victories... notched a 14-9 overall record in doubles' competition, including a 11-4 mark with teammate Megan Bedeau in both the number-two and -three positions of the lineup... finished 12-10 overall in singles' competition, including a 3-1 record in tournament competition, to go along with a 9-9 overall record in dual matches at the number-four and -five positions... posted a 2-1 record with teammate Sarah Burton at the Stephen F. Austin Invitational in doubles' competition... notched a singles' victory over Mackenzie Farmer of Texas State by a 6-4, 6-4 decision at the Stephen F. Austin Invitational... won back-to-back matches at the number-five position of the rotation against Amanda Brahim of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi by scores of 6-1 and 6-1 followed by a three-set victory over Ali Gulida of Texas State... captured a straight-set victory over Rijalda Zejnic of Stephen F. Austin followed by a three-set triumph against Cordelia Montemayor of Monterrey Tech... captured six consecutive matches in doubles' competition with Bedeau at the number-three position with victories coming against Nicholls State, Prairie View A&M, University of Connecticut, Stephen F. Austin, Monterrey Tech and Rice... collected an 8-2 victory over the team of Christine Dao and Kimberley Patenaude of Rice University... notched four straight victories early in the season with Bedeau against McMurry University, Abilene Christian, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Texas State... collected a hard-fought 9-7 decision over Amanda Brahim and Alexandra Valarezo of Texas A&M-Corpus Christi... captured the season finale in doubles' competition with Bedeau in an 8-6 victory over Sofya Lifanova and Marissa Brown of the University of Texas-Arlington... cited with ITA Scholar-Athlete Team laurels for the second consecutive season... selected to the UTPA Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the third consecutive season... garnered Dean's List First Honors during the fall season... earned Dean's List Second Honors during the spring semester... earned Bronc Pride 3.0 Club accolades during both the fall and spring semesters.

2006 Season [Sophomore]
The UTPA sophomore was selected to the National Independent All-Tournament Team after finishing with a 1-2 record in the number-two singles' flight... recorded a victory in doubles' action with teammate Nicole Garcia against Northern Colorado... finished the season with a 4-14 record while playing both number-one and number-two in singles' action... recorded a 7-9 record in the number-one doubles' position with Garcia... finished with a team-high in victories in doubles' competition for the Lady Broncs... posted five doubles' victories in the final eight matches of the season... earned Dean's List Second Honors in both semesters during her sophomore academic campaign... selected to the UTPA Athletic Director's Honor Roll for the second consecutive campaign... garnered Bronc Pride 3.0 Club laurels for the fourth consecutive semester... was selected to the ITA All-American Scholar-Athlete Team for her efforts in the classroom.

2005 Season [Freshman]
Buksik was the number-one singles' player all season for the Lady Broncs as the UTPA newcomer finished with a 2-7 record... recorded her first collegiate victory against Prairie View A&M followed by a three-set triumph against Texas Southern... notched a 2-7 mark in doubles' action with teammate Katherine Barto en route to recording victories over Laredo Community College and Prairie View A&M... earned Dean's List Second Honors in both semesters en route to accepting an invitation to the UTPA Athletic Director's Honor Roll... was a Bronc Pride 3.0 Club member in both semesters.

Salier-Gymnasium Waiblingen
Buksik played her prep career at Salier-Gymnasium in Waiblingen, Germany... competed with TEV-Fellback, Verbandsliga tennis team... played for a regional championship with TEV.
