Pena finished the season with a 7-11 record in singles play...had most her success in playing in the number four singles spot...posted a 9-10 finish in doubles where she played at all three positions...was an All-Independent second team selection in number three singles, and number three doubles.

2003
Went 8-17 in singles and 4-20 in doubles...played 17 doubles matches at the number one position.

2002
Made an impact as a freshman, leading the Lady Broncs in single victories posting an 18-13...went 14-17 in doubles...named to the Athletic Director's Honor Roll and the Bronc Pride 3.0 club.

Nikki Rowe High School - In her four seasons on the team, Pena was named as the teams MVP...she finished first at district in both her junior and senior campaigns...was a second place finisher at district as a sophomore...honored as a Texas Scholar...named to Who's who Among American High School Students.

Personal - Pena is the daughter of Jose and Maria Pena...born on January 26, 1983...has two brothers, Gabriel and Jorge...majoring in Computer Science at UTPA.
