The University of Texas-Pan American women's tennis program will play host to the Stephen F. Austin Lady `Jacks this Friday (April 3) at the Orville Cox Tennis Center with the first serve scheduled for 11:00 a.m.

The Lady Broncs, who are 1-13 for the season, are coming off a hard fought 5-2 loss to Houston.

The Lady Broncs snatched wins in number-one and -two singles as Stephanie Willerding defeated her opponent 7-6, 6-3 and Luisa Cantu defeated hers in a third set super tiebreaker by a score of 3-6, 6-4, 10-6.

Stephen F. Austin is currently 3-10 for the season. The Lady `Jacks are coming off a pair of losses to the Bobcats and Mavericks.

In their last five matches, the Lady `Jacks are 2-3 with victories over Nicholls State and McNeese.

The Lady Broncs will close out the remainder of the season at home as they play host to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on April 4 and host the 2009 National Independent Tournament.
