Villarreal was a four-year letterman in track and field and earned one letter in basketball...earned Honorable Mention accolades in basketball...crowned district champion in the 100- and 200-meter dash during her freshman, junior, and senior years...member of the mile relay that captured the district title during her freshman and senior campaigns...was a regional qualifier all four years at San Benito High School...was 1-of-3 girls in the Rio Grande Valley to break a 25 in the 200-meter dash...member of the mile relay that broke the school record; also broke the Valley record for the sprint medley...member of S.T.E.M.S., Spanish Club, and Class Club.
