The UTPA sophomore became the third player in program history to dish out over 1,000 assists in a single-season as Blakely recorded 1,188 during the 2006 campaign... dished out the second-most assists in program history while averaging 10.90 assists per game, which was also the second-most by a UTPA setter... became the second player in program history to dish out over 1,000 assists and collect over 300 digs in a single-season... ranked fourth among all NCAA Division I Independent players in assists and assists per game... dished out her 2,000th career assist in the final match of the season against Providence (Nov. 11) at the National Independent Tournament... ranked second in the UTPA career record books in assists at the conclusion of the 2006 season... tied a career-high for assists with 64 to go along with 10 digs in a five-set setback to The University of Texas at San Antonio (Oct. 10)... recorded 16 double-doubles (assists-digs) this past season... dished out 30 or more assists in 25 of 31 matches and 40 or more assists in 14 contests... notched at least 50 assists in seven matches... recorded one of her best all-around matches at the National Independent Tournament with a 64-assist, 12-dig and career-high eight kill performance against Providence (Nov. 11)... dished out at least 40 assists in the final four matches of the season... collected 52 assists and 15 digs against Cornell (Sept. 8) at the University of Portland Invitational... posted 54 assists and 12 digs against North Texas (Aug. 26) at the TSU/CenturyTel Tournament... dished out 44 assists and notched 14 digs against IPFW (Nov. 10) at the National Independent Tournament... notched 52 assists, 10 digs and a career-high five service aces at the UTPA Fieldhouse versus Texas State (Sep. 1) in the UTPA Women's Volleyball Invitational... achieved career-highs in assists, assists per game, kills, total attacks, digs and digs per game during her sophomore campaign... earned Bronc Pride 3.0 Club laurels during the fall semester.

2005 [Freshman Season]
In her first season with the Lady Broncs, Blakely finished with the seventh-most assists (846) in single-season program history despite not taking over the starting role until Texas State (Oct. 4)... ranked first on the squad in assists, assists per game (7.69), services aces (41) and fourth in digs (269) and digs per game (2.45)... ranked second among all NCAA Division I Independent players in service aces and sixth in assists and assists per game...dished out 25 or more assists in the final 16 matches of the season... recorded 13 matches of 40 or more assists, six matches of 50 or more assists and five matches of 60 or more assists... set a freshman program record for the most 60-plus assist-performances in a season... notched 60 or more assists in consecutive matches, which was the first time in program history... averaged 12.28 assists per game after becoming the starter at setter... earned Independent Setter of the Week honors twice during her rookie campaign... recorded 64 assists, 10 digs and three blocks against North Dakota State (Oct. 14)... dished out 64 assists at the National Independent Tournament against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Nov. 11)... recorded one of her best all-around matches in the season finale against Texas A&M-International (Nov. 5) with 63 assists and 25 digs... posted 61 assists versus Utah Valley State (Oct. 28) to go along with 10 digs... recorded 60 assists, 13 digs and three service aces at the UTPA Fieldhouse versus Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Oct. 11)... recorded 55 assists and 10 digs in her first match as the starter against Texas State (Oct. 4)... posted a double-double in her first collegiate match versus Fordham (Aug. 26) with 20 assists and 12 digs... collected 11 double-doubles on the season... added 44 assists, eight digs and four kills at home versus TCU (Oct. 22)... collected 48 assists, 15 digs and five blocks in the season finale at the National Independent Tournament versus Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Nov. 12)... notched 16 matches of 10 or more digs during the season... played in 110 games, which was the second most on the team.

High School
Blakely was named to the All-Greater Houston Team after leading District 23-5A in digs... was ranked among the top leaders in the district in assists... cited as a first team All-District 23-5A performer in her final two seasons... participated in the Texas High School All-Star game that was selected by the Texas Girls' Coaches Association... selected as a team captain as a junior and senior... earned Most Valuable Player honors at the Del Valle Invitational... recognized as an all-tournament performer at the Kingwood and Pearland Tournaments... ranked fifth in the Greater Houston area in total assists and assists per game as a junior... led Longhorns to a district championship and a berth in the regional quarterfinals... was a club member of the South Shore Juniors Mizuno and Team Texas squads that finished 11th at the USAV National 18-and-Under Tournament.... volunteered her time with the Special Olympics and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Off the Court
Blakely is the daughter of Stephen and Renee Blakely... has one sister - Brianna... father (baseball) and mother (volleyball) both played collegiate at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor... born on December 5, 1986... majoring in international business.
