2007 [Freshman Season]
In her first season in a Lady Bronc uniform, Davila saw action in 21 games during the 2007 season where she posted a career-high 31 digs en route to averaging 4.57 digs per game... posted 23 digs versus UTEP (Aug. 25)... collected 13 digs and a career-high three serving aces against Texas Southern (Aug. 24)... notched 15 digs on the road at the Sun Bowl Invitational versus North Dakota State (Aug. 24)... recorded 13 digs against Utah Valley (Nov. 16) at the National Independent Tournament.
High School
Davila comes to the Rio Grande Valley from Houston, TX, where she was a three-time lettermen at Mayde Creek High School... ended her prep career as the program's all-time leader in digs while concluding her senior campaign ranked in the top-five among all players in the Greater Houston Area in that statistical category... garnered first team All-District 19-5A honors during her junior and senior campaigns... selected as her prep squad's Most Valuable Player in each of those seasons... earned team captain honors as a senior... served as a role model and leader in the classroom where she earned Academic All-District 19-5A honors in each of her final two seasons... was a standout for the Houston Juniors during her summer club career where she guided the team to a third-place finish at the 2005 Junior Olympics in the American Division... was a member of Team Texas Elite during her club volleyball tenure.

Davila is the son of Chris and Scotti Davila... born on April 14, 1989... has one brother - Ryan... brother (Ryan) was a member of the football team at Texas Lutheran University... majoring in kinesiology.
