UTPA Women's Volleyball to Host Summer Clinics

The University of Texas-Pan American women's volleyball program will be hosting clinics including a Setter/Hitter Camp, a Baby Bronc Camp, a Senor High Camp and a Team Camp.

The Setter/Hitter Camp is set for July 13th through July 14th at the UTPA Fieldhouse for potential campers in grades 9th through 12th. Camp time is set for 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There will be a one-hour lunch break at 12 noon (lunch not provided). The cost for the Setter-Hitter-Libero Camp is $85.00 per camper.

The Baby Bronc Camp, for camper ages 10-14, will be July 20 through July 21, with a cost of $65.00 per camper. On July 20, the camp starts at 9:00 am through 4:00 pm with an hour for lunch (not provided). On July 21, the camp starts at 9:00 am and ends at 12 noon.

The Senior High Camp, for players entering the 11th grade & up, is set for July 15-17, with a cost of $95.00 per camper. The camp starts at 9:00 am through 4:00 pm with an hour for lunch (not provided).

The Team Camp is for high school teams and must consist of a minimum of eight players but no more than 12. The camp will begin July 21, with check-in at 1:00 p.m. and camp starting at 2:00 pm. The camp continues July 22-24 with camp beginning at 9:00 am through 4:00 pm with an hour for lunch everyday. On July 24, the camp wraps up at 12 noon.

Campers may leave with a parent/guardian or bring their lunches.

The UTPA women's volleyball camps will be directed by head coach and assistant coach as well as members of the UTPA women's volleyball team.
